It was my first visit to the new theater and it was wonderful to have such a nice new theater in town. It was loud, however ALL theaters are loud these days so I never go to see a movie any more without taking ear plugs.
My comment is to PLEASE allow customers to bring in hot drinks such as coffee and tea. In an area where much of the year it is cold it is nice to be able to buy a hot cup of coffee or tea at Wood's next door and bring it in the theater. The theater does NOT sell hot tea or coffee and I'm not sure it would be any good if they did so why not allow patrons to bring in those hot drinks. It isn't like it would prevent us from buying the products you do sell because there is no replacement for hot drinks with cold soda or water. I have been to many upper end theaters and ALL allow hot drinks and most are next door to a local coffee/tea company or a larger chain and while they do not allow cold drinks or food items they do allow hot drinks.
It would really be nice if you would - or - open a franchise inside the theater where patrons can purchase these items inside your theater, although that may be too cost prohibitive if it is like all the rest of the concessions at theaters.
Otherwise a very nice theater with very nice staff!!!
Would you recommend this theater to others? Yes!
