I love this place, love the seats and the bar area. Only thing that may keep me away is we seen Alex cross last Friday had great reserved seats but it was maybe 50 degrees out side why was the air and fans on in the movie? Everyone in there was like wow are you kidding me. So I may o back but only in summer if I'm gonna freeze while I watch a movie

I've been going to this theater since it first opened in the late 1980s. As time went on, and theaters have changed their surroundings, Starr Rochester didn't. But I was still a faithful patron. I always said that if they could update this theater, it would be a terrific place.

I was so excited when Emagine bought and renovated this theater and in such a short time. YOU HAVE TO COME to this new renovated theater. It looks FABULOUS!! The prices are great! The seating is great! The sound and viewing is great!! I like the options of seats.

I do think the popcorn price is a little high for the extra, but the admission price makes up for it!!! Obviously, other patrons think so too because it has a bigger crowd than it did before. Sorry, AMC, you must be hurtin'.

P.S. The women's restroom colors are little too dark. Brighten it up. Please keep your prices!!!

Elegant, lovely theatre, with good sight-lines. The problem is that each time I attended, the sound was cranked up to a near-deafening level. Others have confirmed my opinion on this.

I would urge the management to mitigate this situation. In the meantime I have to patronize other theatres.

In every other respect: outstanding!

I was very happy with the theater. The young man who made the drinks created an excellent Long Island Tea, and I was really comfortable with the tables in the special seating. I appreciate the menu, loved the Bosco sticks, and definitely plan to return.

I'll take Emagine over AMC any day, especially with their $5.00 admission until 6:00 p.m. policy. The only thing missing is the free movie posters that I was able to pick up when I visited the Emagine in Novi. Once I see those free movie posters (I'm a teacher and I use them as decoration in school), I will be completely satisfied with Emagine. Go and enjoy!

Be careful if you decide to use a debit or credit card to purchase tickets at this theatre. I went to purchase one $20.00 gift card and left the theatre with a $44.00 charge in my checking account!

The manager said she would resolve the issue before I left yesterday, and I trusted her. Unfortunately, this was not my case. When I got home and looked on-line, the charge had not been removed from my bank account! Ugh. I will use cash if I return there.
