This theater is not as large, easy to see, or well-behaved as theaters showing new movies. However, for $2, usually it's worth to see a movie you can't see anywhere else--after it's out of big theaters and before it's on BluRay and DVD. There are concessions (but the prices are just as big as any other theater).

Still, if you want to get your kids out of the house, this is the place to do it!

(INSIDER HINT: Tickets are only $1 on Tuesdays... but watch out! The theater's much more crowded because of it.)

Not sure why, but I have found that people don't behave as well in this theater as they might in a higher price theater.

I usually end up sitting right next to someone (no seat between) and the last time a man had his child on his lap and was texting throughout the entire movie. I felt like a sardine!

And, it's normal for people to talk through the movie as well. I guess the kicking is in every theater, and none of this is the fault of the management, but I think they could remind people about cell phone use.

For the price, this is the greatest movie theatre on my end of town. It's comfortable and the movies are pretty up to date.

My husband and I love this theatre. We have coming here since 2003. When it was closed for renovation and converted it into a special events building, we were disappointed. But after a wile they opened again, and we have been enjoying the movies in a renewed facility for a great price. Their price allows for low income families to enjoy the latest movies together. With $10.00 a family of five have great entertainment and time together.

For the price, this is a great theater. Have enjoyed coming here for a date night out. Even tho these movies are just coming out on video, it's still great to see them in the theater and at a cheaper price too.

The screens at this theater are very well mounted. They are almost perfectly vertical.
We always look forward to the air-conditioned breezes that come out thru the small opening in the ticket seller's booth!

Most other theaters do not have balconys like in the old days. Neither does this one.
The reason I am unsure about recommending this theater to others is that I do not know where they live and it might be too long a drive for them and they would miss the beginning of the movie.

A person would think that since this is a $2 movie theater the theater wouldn't be as nice or clean as regular theaters, but that isn't true, PLUS the price is GREAT!
