I went today with family to see the new picture w/ Leonardo DiCaprio. The coming attractions were extremely loud and when I went to inform the woman supervisor said they have no control over coming attractions sound and to wait for the movie it will be better. However, it was just as bad and the woman supervisor informed me and my family and other customers that it was a loud movie and would not do anything to assist us . This was at the 3:30 showing. We have NEVER been treated in such a RUDE MANNER ever.

The woman supervisor would not even look us in the eyes. The women supervisor was standing next to the information counter next to the restrooms. Please correct this problem so that my family, friends and others can enjoy going to the movies at the Raceway in Westbury.
