This movie theater is near Versailles, Osgood, Pierceville, Friendship, Holton, Milan, Napoleon, Cross Plains.
It pleases me so much to know that this drive-in is still in existence. I remember as a child, (some 50-60 years ago) going to this drive-in with my parents. My Daddy liked to watch the John Wayne movies and they would take me to see movies like Gone With The Wind Old Yeller, Patti Duke movies and movies that were suitable for children to see. Mom would pack a picnic basket full of goodies to eat while we watched the movies. Sometimes we would even get to enjoy food from the concession stand.
I will be moving back to that area in the near future and I look forward to going to the drive-in again.
