Opened in 1904 as the Gayety Theatre, as a vaudeville theater. In 1930 the theatre was renamed the Fulton Theatre and started showing movies. It later closed and then reopened in 1995 as the Byham Theater. It stopped showing movies in 2012 and now hosts live performances.
