on jan. 4th at 12:40 we went to see "les miserables" . after the commericals the movie started and there was no introduction to the movie and started out with men pulling a ship into dry dock . what happened ? need to know how the movie started ? i would like to see it again but hope that is does not start in the middle . January 21, 2012 - Opera - The Enchanted Island "Live"

The level of sound was for a rock concert, not an opera. This level distorts the beauty of tone of the singers and hurts the ear. Heard many complaining about it at the last showing and suspect you will lose customers if this isn't corrected.

Would you recommend this theater to others? Yes!

Something is very wrong with the way this theater is being operated in the past two months. My husband and I regularly attend the Friday afternoon movies and in the last six times we have been there we have experienced the following:
- 1st time the movie was out of focus and my husband had to tell someone;
- 2nd week the movie was only on the top half of the screen and he again had to tell someone;
- 3rd week there was no sound and he had to tell someone;
- 4th week it was once again out of focus and he had to tell someone;
- 5th week hooray no problems;
- 6th week again out of focus.

Also I have noticed that there is never a ticket taker anymore. This week was spring break and the theater was jammed with people. Many of those attending appeared to have purchased advance tickets and they were waiting in that line for a while but finally just gave up and went in unchallenged. That lead to many many people just filing in unchallenged after that since no one was checking tickets.

What's going on?

It would be nice to be able to contact via email each theatre via email for info. Marcus, when we go, always gives us quality conditions.

Without calling, is there an email address for the Sheboygan theatre for finding out how long they'll be holding a movie?

My Granddaughter has a birthday on the 20th, we'd like to take her to the Chipmunk movie the weekend prior or after; will they have that info if I call? And who do I talk to, the manager?

One problem I have, due to medical conditions, movies are played too loud....but people with us say the same thing, nothing wrong with them. Thanks for you help.
