This opened as the Cinemark Movies 10. It was the first Milwaukee location for Cinemark, and it featured two THX-certified screens, a first for Milwaukee. The bright color scheme was a refreshing change from the Marcus decorating scheme at the time.

I attended this theater quite a few times until the manager insulted my wife while we were asking for some heat in a cold auditorium (I think the movie was Mrs. Doubtfire). After that, there wasn't much reason for going back, especially once the THX certification was not renewed.

this is my neigborhood cinema within walking distance. It is clean, well run, pleasant young people staff the counters and ticket booth. I find it worth waiting a little longer for films to come to us!
