35 Washington Avenue East Hutchinson, MN 55350 Message: 320-587-0999 more » formerly Carmike State 3 Opened on December 28, 1937 with over 800 seats in one auditorium. The marquee and tower was removed from the building in the late 70's or 80's in an attempt to "modernize the facade. It closed in 2000, and some burst pipes caused much damage. A renovation started on November 14, 2003 and the theater re-opened on September 10, 2005.
