Emagine Entertainment, Inc. and Paragon Developments Announce a 14 Screen Megaplex in Holly Township, Michigan
Opening Early Winter 2005

April 12th, 2005

TROY, Mich., April 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Emagine Entertainment, Inc. and Paragon Developments today announced a joint venture to develop and operate a 14-screen state-of-the-art theatre in Holly Township, Michigan. The venue will be located immediately south of Grand Blanc Township between I-75 and Dixie Highway. The Emagine branded 55,000 square foot theatre will anchor the first phase of Paragon's Woodfield South retail and mixed use development. It is envisioned to serve the rapidly growing southern Genesee and northern Oakland county markets. The theatre will feature the latest technology in projection and sound equipment as well as a full complement of architectural details designed to optimize guest comfort. Each auditorium will include wall-to-wall screens, digital sound, plush high back rocking theatre seats with cupholder armrests, and 46" row spacing.

"We, in Holly Township, welcome the opportunity to work on the Emagine Theatre project. We believe this could be a great source of fun and entertainment for our residents, especially in light of the high cost of gas and the relative distance between Holly and other theatres," said Dale M. Smith, Holly Township's Supervisor.

Carl J. Slemer, Chairman of Emagine Entertainment, Inc., said: "We are extremely excited about bringing a state-of-the-art theatre to the Holly/Grand Blanc marketplace. Brian Mansour, President of Paragon Developments commented: "Emagine is the ideal anchor tenant. Their reputation for operating exceptional quality theatres will only add to the success we have enjoyed in developing Woodfield."

The new Emagine Holly will feature 2,450 seats with auditoriums ranging in size from 85 to 300 seats each. All auditoriums will be handicap accessible and equipped with hearing impaired listening devices.

The dramatic high-ceilinged lobby will host a full service concession stand offering all popular movie-going fare including hot fresh popcorn served in popcorn buckets, real butter, soft drinks, candy, nachos, and pizza plus specialty items including stuffed pretzels and gourmet chocolate.

With the addition of Emagine Holly, Emagine Entertainment, Inc. will operate 60 screens at four locations.

Paragon Developments is spearheading the development of Woodfield, one of Michigan's premier Planned Unit Developments. Woodfield spans both Genesee and Oakland County along I-75 at exit 106. When completed, Woodfield will house over 3,000 residents on over 1,000 acres and include an 18-hole championship golf course, retail shops, offices, restaurants, a theater and a hotel.
