Forbidden Films A probing and provocative exposé of the more than 40 Nazi era films, which are still deemed too inflammatory or offensive to be screened publicly in Germany. Written and directed by Felix Moeller, FORBIDDEN FILMS examines this legacy of Nazi cinema through some of the more well known anti-Semitic films (such as THE ETERNAL JEW, THE ROTHSCHILDS, JEW SÜSS), as well as their lesser known anti-British, Polish, and French dramas designed to justify Germany's aggression throughout Europe. Moeller shows how contentious these 70-year-old films remain, and how propaganda can retain its punch when presented to audiences susceptible to manipulation.
