A noisy movie. "Wrath of the Titans" is the sequel of the "Clash of the Titans," which is a remake of the 1981 classic movie. I didn't like the remake because I think the 1981 version is much better. The people who made the remake should have stop. The sequel is a eye-sore with nothing to proven . I lie the labyrinth scene. If the people stayed in that labyrinth for the duration of the movie. Maybe this film could have a chance. I saw the movie in 2D. It makes no sense seeing it in 3D.
On a good note there were some pretty awesome special affects and there was a lot of good action. The cast was also pretty impressive and the movie kept moving. The movie felt shallow and unbelievable.
The content is pretty surreal to begin with, but I don't think this movie was convincing. Perseus was compelling. The battle with the Chimera was pretty cool. The Gods just seemed like a bunch of old hippies hiking around on lava rocks in their sandals.
The turning to sand thing was okay. It was like "Could you go over and stand in the sandbox when you turn yo stand?" There was a lot of CGI. The movie kept your interest, but at the end it all seemed a bit silly.
There was a PC message that had nothing to do with Greek Mythology. I think if there is a sequel it should be called Trash of the Titans where Zeus, Poseidon and Hades all work at a recycling center because they've lost their powers again and Aries is their mean boss. Lol!
Literally, not figuratively, literally, fell asleep during the movie.
