The music is fantastic and the cast is excellent. Very funny; Tom Cruise is amazing!
A fun musical based on the broadway musical. "Rock of Ages" is a musical that centers around a nightclub in Hollywood and the lives of the people who work there. The cast is impressive and the songs are full of energy. I know most of the songs from the 1980's and sometimes if I don't know the title of the song, I know who sang it. The cast is impressive, but what stood out in the film is not Tom Cruise, Alec Baldwin and Russell Brand. No, The real star of the movie is Julianne Hough. Her character brings life to the movie. Liking this movie even more. I also like the scenes of Los Angeles and Hollywood that impress me very much. I like the song "Don't Stop Beliving" which is far better than the version that was sung many times by the cast of "Glee."
go see n enjoy
