Bob Fosse won an Best Director Oscar for "Cabaret," a wonderful musical which center on the Kit Kat Club in Germany in the days before World War 2. Joel Grey played the Master of Ceremonies who introduced us to a nightclub that is frequent visited by Nazi soldiers. Liza Minnelli played Sally Bowles a American Cabaret singer and a free spirit.
Lots of memorable songs round out this movie. Minnelli & Grey deserved their Oscar wins. Come to the Cabaret. You won't regent it.
