One of the best movies that came out of the great year of 1939 besides "Gone With the Wind, "The Wizard of Oz," and "Gunga Din" comes "Goodbye Mr. Chips." It's a inspiring drama about a schoolteacher named Chips, who is assigned to teach at a respetable British College and he watch his students grew while he teach, Robert Domat is great as the teacher who inspired his students. Donat deserves his Oscar win. Gareer Garson is brilliant as his wife. I love this movie very much. Makes me wept as I saw the ending.
