I could have easily dismissed the sequel as a waterdown version of the original 1991 movie. But you need to see this. I didn't like the song in the end of the movie as the credits roll, which to me is a major turn off. It's the song "Who Let the Dogs Out" which I heard over and over again over the past Summer and remade it into a Addams famly song that tries to come off as an original song. I found the song Terrible. The rest of the movie is a little better, a new child came into the household Pubert who looks like his father. They need a nanny( played by Joan Cusack) and she comes in to divide the famiy by seducing Fester (Christopher Lloyd). The cast is ok,Anjelica Huston, Raul Julia as Gomez, but what stole the movie is the weird and wonderful performance by Christina Ricci. Her performance as Wednesday Addams really blew me away. Likie I said, I could have dismiss this movie as another wannabe sequel, but I kind of liking the movie.
