"Red 2" is not as good as the first Red movie. I like the first Red movie, but I was expecting more from the sequel and I didn't get it. The film is full of shootings and explosions and a doomesday bomb. There is no difference from the action movie that I saw in the past year. The cast is good, which includes Bruce willis John Malkovich and Mary-Louise Parker, but wasn't given much to do. I like Helen Mirran's character. She can play a character who at a old age, can play her role both bold and sexy. Forget playing Queen Elizabeth II, I likie to see Mirran play more roles like the one in Red 2. Another reeason why I didn't like the movie is that the film tries to be "The Fast and the Furious" to an older crowd, but failed.
I would have to just about exactly agree with the first reviewer George's comments on this one.
