Bill Murray and director Richard Donner nailed this movie perfectly! They take a classic story and give it a fresh twist.
Scrooged is definitely worth seeing and I would go so far as to say it may become a holiday tradition. Highly recommended!

Bill Murray's wacky comedy that once again the novel "A Christmas Carol" was used, but this time it centered on a entertainment network being run by Murray. A strong cast help Murray and director Richard Donner carry the movie. Also John Houseman from "the Paper Chase," made one of his final movies. I like this moder day version of "A christmas Carol" a lot. It's funny but it became emotional in the end. "Put a Little Love in Your Life," one of those tunes from the 1960's, became a christmas carol for 1988.
