Not bad, its suppose to be based on a true story. I never go to these kind of movies but only one playing I didn't see.

Better than Grown Ups 2

One of the best horror movies of the year. "The Conjuring" is based on a true story of Parnormal investigators who investigate a dark prsence at the home of Ed and Lornaine Warren. Yes, it is based on a true story. So, if I can believe the true stuff in "Pain and Gain," I can believe the true stuff in this movie. The film has a large cast and I'll mention a few. I'm glad that Vern Farmiga is back on the big screen agian. She is also in the A&E series "Bates Motel." I decline to see the show because I still have faith in the 1960 movie "Psycho." Lili Taylor is great as the mother of the family who defends them against the evil presence. Joey King is also in the movie. But didn't give a standout performance like her role in "White House Down." This is a great horror movie and if people out there who said that "Sharknado" is the best thriller of the summer, you are wrong. The best thriller of the summer is "The Conjuring."

Good movie. Worth seeing on big screen. Good character development.
