The film "Promised Land" is the story of two people from Gobal (Matt Damon & Frances McDormand) trying to sell Fracking to a farm town and how the town reacts to the method. some would be paid for using their land for Fracking. Others wouldn't. One person (John Krasinski) an enivironmentalist woh is out to stop the two from taking over the town's land. Fracking is a method of taking natural gas down deep about two miles below the surface of the Earth. There are dangers that comes with it like water being poison, water catching fire and probaby an Earthquake. I learn about fracking from the news, so I don't have to attend the movie. If you watch the news, then you need to watch this movie. You need to learn the facts about fracking. You learn a lot about the subject as you leave the theatre.
