This movie is a lot of fun, and well worth watching!
It's a comedy wrapped around a monster movie, or a monster movie wrapped around a comedy, but either way, it has monsters and it doesn't take itself too seriously.
The interaction between Earl (Fred Ward) and Val (Kevin Bacon) is great, and just in case the movie might be taking itself too seriously, it has Reba McEntire and Michael Gross with more weaponry than some countries!
Highly recommended. If you don't find this movie funny, you should admit yourself to the hospital, as you have a broken sense of humor that needs immediate attention...
