"the Hudsucker Proxy" is a satire on big business and those who run the business. Joel and Ethan Coan wrote and directed this movie about a man who finds work at Hudsucker Industries whose rules are very strict. the company is run by sidney J. Mussburger as played by Paul Newman. the cast is excellent and the film captures the feeling of the 1950's and what takes place inside Hudsucker Industries. You can call it a updated version of Charlie Chaplin's film "Modern Times."
