"The Fault in Our Stars" is a movie about two people who fallen in love and fighing Cancer. As I see it, their love story has overshadow the Cancer, putting it in the back burner in favorite of a love story that is too cute to be believe. Cancer is bad, we get it. A lot of young people will see this movie and they probaby like it very much. I find it to be likewarm at best. Despite performances from Shailene Woodley, Ansel Elgert and Laura Dern, they couldn't save the movie, even of they wanted too. In one scene while in the Neatherlands, Hazel is having trouble climbing the stairs to get to the attic of where Anne Frank and her family are hidden. And that is a big house despite what I saw in the movie "The Diary of Anne Frank" in 1959. Yeah, there are scenes where Hazel had a relapse and one of her friends died, there very little to learn from that dreadful diease. Otherwise, I could've have like this movie a lot more.
