I'm not much of a fan of Frankie Valli and the Four Season. I listen to the oldies station in town and I came away with a few sings from the group. Sadly, the film verision of the stage musical didn't help much. The film follow the lads from the tough streets of New Jersary to fame. Clint Eastwood's direction was a little weak and the acting is second rate. if you come to see the movie, come for the music, not for the acting.
A very well put together movie. A look at the hard times, struggles and the growing of talent over the years to the end result of the 4 seasons group.
Fabulous directing by Clint Eastwood
I viewed this in a theater with the Atmos sound system and it was excellent, seeing that this movie s made for that system
The actors were bad. No life in their character , they just didn't fit their roles. The story jerked along at a slow........slow pace. Why rate it good.....I liked the music.
