It's been more than ayear since the death of James Gandolfani and watching "The Drop" remins me of what a talent we have lost. He was at the top of his game in this movie as a owner of a bar which is funning money for local gangsters in Brooklyn. Then one night, his bar was robbed and the the film begins to change. The co-owner of the bar a guy name Bob, played by tom Hardy has befriended a dong he found in the trash and from there, strange people began to question him. Gandolfani's past began to catchg up to him and the climax came on the night where the bar is runmning the super Bowl and the events around the robbery began to unflod. I like to movie. It's a thriller that have me at my attention until the end. I like the movie and the direction that he movie has taken. A tough movie to see, but worth it.
