"Vacation" is the sequel to the much better 1983 movie, which is much better than the 2015 version. Yes the movie stasrted with the classic 1983 song "Holiday Road" which in my mind, could have gotton nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Song, but it didn't. In the opening credit, we see people in awakward situations. Not funny. We meet the Giswalds, who like the Giswalds of thirty years ago, planned a trip to Wally World. and likie the family in the 1983 version of the movie, Ed helms and Christina Applegate are parents of two boys who took upon the task of going the same way that his father has made in 1983. they come upon one horrible situation after another. The driver a European made car which looks like an eye-sore. This movie is not only unfunny but the script is full of Bathroom jokesw, sex jokes and vormit jokes. Two years ago I saw "We're the Millers" with all the bathroon and crude jokes. But the reason why I like the movie is that the film was better written, Not so in this movie. it didn't even bother to make in funny.there is one scene where Christina Applegate went to her old college and the kids there called Debbie Do-Anything. the worst name for a girl since "Pitch Perfect'" with Fat Amy. Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo made an appearance, but that didn't help the film. It starts getting bad and it went down from there.

Non stop swearing, gags that just didn't work good. If you compair to the original it is bad. The two young boys acting just didn't come together. These are the good things about the movie.
