The landmark 1949 movie from Italy is a story about a father and son who share their love over a bicycle. The bicycle in post-war Italy is very important. The father must have it in order to to put up movie posters. One day, his bike is stolen and the pair searched the city for the lost bike. "The Bicycle Thief" is one powerful tale.
