"Walking Tall" is susponse to be a remake on the live of Buford Pussar. Oh I don't know, like his name is been remove from the movie. It's sad to have the filmmakers erase the name. I like the Rock, but the filmmakers had turned the "Walking Tall" remake into a comic book.
In some promo's, The Rock bills this movie as an old-fashioned beat-em-up type of movie. I guess in that way, it succeeds, but there isn't much to care about here. I like a better story line, even in revenge flicks.
It's enjoyable fare, but will fade from your memory as you watch the credits.
