There were some funny scenes in this movie, but it was all around pretty average.

Man, have there been alot of AVERAGE movies this summer? There is one EXTREMELY funny scene here, but it doesn't occur until about 3/4 of the way through.

Save yourself the trip and get it at Blockbuster in a couple months.

My wife and I enjoyed this movie. It had a lot of creative scenes that were very funny. It also moved along nicely and kept us involved.

Brought tears to our eyes on more then one occasion. Plot line very close to "It's a mad mad mad mad mad world" but with enough new twists to make the movie enjoyable from start to finish.

Great movie--just leave reality at the door. Enrico KICKS!

The only bad part...John Cleese's part isn't big enough.

Otherwise, very, very funny!

In 1963, Stanley Kramer created a film called "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World." In it, a group of strangers found themselvers in a race to recover vast amount of money to the first person who gets there.

38 years later another film of the same calibur called "Rat Race" came out. Only two thing that changed from the 1963 film; 1)the cast, and 2) the quality of the film. "Rat Race" is nothing more that a mad world wannabe. sure there are a few laughs, but the film carries to much baggage.
