While the movie was filmed and acted well, the story and the writing weren't very captivating. Clear pacing issues combined with a sub-par score added up to a film that wasn't overly impressive.

Natalie Portman gives an impressive performance in "Jackie," which how Jacqueline Kennedy had coped with the assassination of President John F. Kennedy on that dark weekend back on November 22, 1963. the movie takes place about a month after the assassination when she was interviewed and talks about what happens on November 22ed in her point of view. Portman's portrayal of the first lady was perfect from the clothes she wore to her voice. Her performance is so perfect that she even got an Academy Awards for her performance. If you ask me, I didn't come for a history lesson. We all know what happen in Dallas. IO came to see whatever or not Natalie Portman can pull off a Jackie Kennedy and she succeed.
