There are no words adequate to express the simple beauty and elemental power of Gold'sworthy's art; and when visual art "works," this is precisely how it works: no words can equal the image. Not mere eye candy, this is a thoughtful, provocative work about the effects of time and the meaning of human endeavor, no less.
