A pretty good horror flick, so long as you go in with the right expectations. Be sure to watch the movie trailer in the sidebar, as the TV clips that have been available previously don't prepare you for the film you're about to see.
Part of me wants to rate this one as a "Stay Away", but I guess the bottom line is that the movie isn't completely awful.
This movie is AWFUL. No acting, no real plot, no special effects worth mentioning, nothing.
"Wrong Turn" is another ugly horrible film inwhich the kids in the film are hunted down and killed by a bunch of freaks. Eliza Dushku leads a group of kids who are fleeing from the killers. One after another is cut down. They didn't even start to fight back until 20 minutes towards the end of the film. Another attempt to resurrect the slasher thriller by lousy fillmmakers who don't know a thing about horror films. Even Stan Winston presence didn't help much. Dushku and the kids deserved better than this. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
