Ice Cube replaces Vin Diesial in "XXX:State of the Union." I don't expect much from this film,except it delevers, especially in that train scene between Ice Cube and a speeding train. If action is what you're for, "XXX:State of the Union" is right up your ally.

This was a toss up between wait for rental or stay away. It is just the exact same movie as the first one except that in this one the CGI is done very poorly and is easily spotted, which kinda takes away from the movie.
