This movie had some hilarious moments of stupidity.
Warning:this movie is a chick flick i wouldn't recommend this movie to guys.
A badly acted and written film that the only thing "Sleepover" can do is follow a much better film like "Mean Girls," which is well-written by Tina Frey.
Spy Kid Alexa Vega and her friends are out on a scavenger hunt (there's a 1978 film "Scavenger Hunt" which I do not wish to get into). The only good moment in the film is Jane Lynch who played Vega's mother. In one scene she has a dance sequence which is very sexy. If she had kept dancing for five minutes more, she could have blown away everyone in the film.
The film's script by Elisa Bell had the cast at low IQ. Even the cop is bad. It's like watching Peter Sellers on a bad day. "Sleepover" is bad, but it can do better.
