"Monster House" is a fun movie that takes me back to the fun I used to have with movies like "The Goonies" and "Back to the Future." This is a well-drawn aminated movie in which three children battles a evil house that eats people and things. I like this movie very much. The only drawback is the 3-D effects. I was inside the theatre with my 3-D glasses. After a few times I put on my glasses I didn't get the effects of this movie. Finally, I got rid of my glasses and saw the rest of the movie without them. 3-D works for some, but didn't worked for me.
O.K. movie, a bit over the top for the younger children. If you have children who are on the sensitive side I would avoid this -- it's pretty intense.
