A very smart and sexy movie. "The Devil Wears Prada," is a smart little comedy about making it to the top of the fashion world, even if the journey is in vain. I was the only male in a theatre full of female. Are guys watching this movie? I hope so, because I don't want to be the only guy who saw this movie... and like it. Lots of hot women in this movie. Just trust me. I like this movie and I'm a guy.

Streep and Tucci steal the show.

Acting and characters were sharp and crisp; had distinct personalities. Showed the climb for power and prestiege quite well.

After stretching herself a little in "Brokeback Mountain" Anne Hathaway is back as the simple but likable character that she's played with success in movies such as "The Princess Diaries" and "Ella Enchanted."

The performances of four people make this movie a good one to watch. Meryl Streep garnered an Academy Award nomination for her role as the ruthless fashion boss, and Emily Blount does a very good job as the slightly neurotic assistant, but the one who really shines is Stanley Tucci. His character provides levity when it's needed, and he should win some sort of award for being willing to be shown on-screen in the ugliest plaid suit I've ever seen! My wife remarked that his was similar to the role played by Hector Elizondo in "Pretty Woman."

"The Devil Wears Prada" is worth seeing, but most likely as a rental and not a purchase. I have given it a "Good" rating because had I seen it in the theater, I would have recommended it to others looking for an entertaining movie to see.
