Martin Lawrence should be careful of picking movie projects. "Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins" should had it's mouth wash out with soap. It wants to be "Meet the Parents," but falls far short of achievement. Lawrence plays a television show host who he and his girlfriend go down to meet his relatives, and like Ben stiller's character in "Meet the parents" a lot of bad things had happen to him. There are plenty of violence, profanity and sexual stuff to stuff into a PG-13 movie. the theme of this movie is family, but all I saw is a group of people doing nasty things for the cameras. The only cast memeber worthy of mention is Nicole Ari Parker who is batter than anyone in this movie, including Lawrence. Last week, the movie was almong the top five movies in total grosses. Meaning that it will be in theatres longer than "the Great Debators."
