I saw the "sneak preview" last night in New York. After seeing the trailer, I had high hopes for this movie. Lots of star power and the trailer looked hysterical.
Problem is after seeing it, there wasn't a funny bit that wasn't in the trailers. Despite believable acting and great chemistry between the two leads, and very solid supporting actors, this movie was making me worried from the first few minutes. There was nothing clever, nothing that wasn't 100 percent predicable.
Save yourself the money and time and just watch the trailer and add a cliche and predictable sunset final scene to it in your mind and you've seen the movie.
Nothing much happens in "What Happens in Vegas." Two months after the dismal film "21," here we go with another Vegas hard luck movie. this time, two people get married and by the order of the judge, they had to live with each other for six months. there 's very little to like other than Cameron Diaz's sex appeal. the chemistry between Diaz and Ashton Kutcher didn't spark much. there was a sapping ending, but I didn't buy that. the whole moive I didn't buy. I like to watch Diaz. She's the only thing in the movie that I like.
