Lots of action and action stars acting like bad asses. It was good and it delivered exactly what I thought it was going to deliver. Nothing fancy, and nothing really different or unique, but a good movie.
Filled with so so acting... a very thin plot line...and yet you gotta love these guys and all the action.
Sylvester Stallone has star and directed his latest eyesore in "The Expendables," a rude action movie that does little or nothinbg about character development. The only thing the movie does is shoot and blow things up. And with that 35 million dollars they made at the box office the first weekend. I still shaking my head. Stallone and his mercenaries are assign to overthrown a brutal South American dictator. There is nothing to like in this movie. One woman was repeated tortured and the rest of the cast exist to shoo0t and blow things up. Mickey Rourke plays a tattoo artist, comes into the movie, say a few lines and he was gone again. Evenm Sylvester Stallone's character is no different from the other he played over the years. There's nothing to like about this movie. Nothing at all.
It was great seeing all the top names, some humor, and a lot of action. I enjoyed it.
