Bill Murray stars in the comedy about a weatherman who is stuck in that paractular day. and that's Groundhog Day. The film is so funny and so amusing, it's wrothy of Rod Sterling and his Twlight Zone. Bill waking up to "I got you Babe" with Sonny and Cher. coming down to the park with the crowds singing "Pennsylvania Ploka." And he's is about to do every day as long as if it Groundhog Day. Talk about a man who is a prisoner of a day. Don't believe me. See "Groundhoge Day," A different take on a holiday.

It's hard to say that this is Bill Murray's best movie because he's great in so many, but since he carries it completely on his shoulders (with some help from Andie MacDowell), its success hinges upon his performance. Fortunately, he does an excellent job at portraying a cynical, self-centered man who learns that there is more to life than thinking of himself, even if it does take several years' worth of the same day to figure it out.

Well worth watching!
