I saw this movie many times. Every time that someone mention to me or I see the title, I keep hearing that music score by Elmer Bernstein. Steve McQueen leads an impressive cast in this adventure about captive POWs who planned to escape from a German POW camp. And better yet, it's based on a true story. Director John Sturges keeps the action going. This is probaby the best action movies that I ever sat though. This 1963 movie won't disapoint. So what do you have to lose? See it.
