We've received a lot of feedback over the years and we often get asked if there is something that can be done in support of The BigScreen Cinema Guide. We're happy to tell you that there is!
Here are a few ways in which you can help us spread the word and make sure that The BigScreen Cinema Guide remains the best there is. After all, the more popular we become and the more revenue we can raise, the more features we can offer to our readers (T-shirt give-aways, more schedule details, etc.)!

Ever since we tried renting DVD's by mail through Netflix, we've been hooked! Nothing beats the convenience of having DVD's delivered right to your door, you get to keep them as long as you want, and then you put them back in the mail with the postage already paid for you.
In addition to DVD's, Netflix also offers Blu-ray high definition discs. By renting them through Netflix, you can save a lot of money over the cost of purchasing them. While some movies are worth owning and having in your collection to view any time you want, it makes much more sense to us to watch a movie on Blu-ray from Netflix and just pop it back in the mail, only to have the next title we want in our mailbox a few days later!

We recommend the service very highly, and if you subscribe through a link on our site, we get a nice commission from Netflix as a thank-you. (Lest you think the commission is the only reason we recommend Netflix, other services like them have approached us, and we've refused.)

Since we began in 1995, we've seen phenomenal growth in the popularity of The BigScreen Cinema Guide. From covering just a couple theaters in the Milwaukee area only, we're now publishing schedules for every theater in the state of Wisconsin and expanding throughout the country!

Not only do we have movie schedules (anyone can do that, heck, even the newspapers), but we have theater information, movie reviews, links to the IMDb, the official web sites, movie trailers, news and events articles, "coming soon" information and links to the movie studios as well.
Since we don't do a lot of advertising (you wouldn't believe how much a tiny ad in a newspaper costs!), we rely on the best kind of advertising there is: word of mouth.
