J. K. Rowling's expansion of the Harry Potter universe, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, won't be released until November, but a sequel to the movie has been announced. It doesn't have an official name yet, but the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them Sequel will open November 16th, 2018, according to a press release issued by Warner Bros. Pictures recently.
The first movie involves Newt Scamander, the Wizarding World's preeminent magizoologist, who in his travels has encountered and documented a myriad of magical creatures, ultimately leading to his penning the Hogwarts School textbook Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. Scamander is played by Eddie Redmayne, and the story was written by J. K. Rowling. David Yates will be directing both movies.
You can watch all the videos we have for the first movie on its Trailers & Videos page!
