Cinemark plans to open a new movie theater at the Holyoke Mall in Holyoke, Massachusetts, according to an article published recently by The Republican:
Cinemark is already listed as a "coming soon" on the website maintained for the Holyoke Mall by the Pyramid Companies, the mall's owner. Other "coming soon" tenants include the women's clothing store Loft and Sumo Japanese restaurant, which is expected to open before the end of 2017 on the lower level of the mall.
Damian J. Cote, Holyoke building commissioner, said that mall management has come in with a preliminary drawing of the new theater. But the mall hasn't submitted a formal plans.

We've created an entry for the theater and called it the Cinemark Holyoke Mall until we get a more official name for it.
There's no mention of where in the mall the theater would be located. Existing spaces that likely are large enough are occupied currently by JCPenney, Sears, and Macy's. Department stores have struggled around the country, but there are no reports we could find of any closing at the mall.
The new theater would be the only one in Holyoke, which is located just north of Springfield. Cinemark already operates the closest movie theater, which is the Cinemark West Springfield 15 in West Springfield, but there are others nearby as well.

Since Babies "R" Us is closing at the Holyoke Mall in March I was thinking Cinemark Theater could go in the former Babies "R" Us space which is located on the lower level near Macy's.
