Regal Entertainment Group has announced details for the grand opening of the Streets of Indian Lake Stadium 16 in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

The grand opening preview celebration will take place over three days, leading up to the first day of business on Friday, March 7, 2008, and proceeds will benefit local charities. The preview will begin on Monday, March 3rd and will feature $2 Movies, $1 Popcorn, and $1 Soft Drinks. The charities and the movies being played are detailed in the press release included below.

The new theater is located off Vietnam Veterans Parkway in Hendersonville, and will feature 16 auditoriums covering 66,000 square feet, including approximately 3,000 seats. Moviegoers will enjoy stadium seating, with each row elevated for an unobstructed view, digital projection in every auditorium and plush high-back rocking chairs featuring cupholder armrests which move out of the way to form seats for two.

The new theater is only blocks away from the Regal Indian Lake 10 which will close after March 6.

The new theatre will host preview events for three full days to benefit local charities beginning Monday, March 3.
