The upcoming Robert Downey, Jr. super-hero movie, Iron Man, is opening in theaters on Friday, May 2nd, but as is the tradition we've seen from last summer, many theaters are doing late Thursday evening shows starting at 8pm.

This movie marks the beginning of the summer blockbuster season, and that means that you cannot wait until the day of the show to get your tickets! This is especially true for the opening weekend, as many people are getting wise to the fact that time spent waiting in line at the box office is time that could be spent getting a jump on the concessions and picking out a decent seat. There's nothing worse that sitting in line for tickets for 30-60 mins and then finding out that the show is sold out!

Many theaters are already offering their tickets online for Iron Man, as well as many of the other summer blockbuster hopefuls, such as:
