|Home: BigScreen Journal - Dozens of Photos Added for the New Batman Movie "The Dark Knight"|
|Maggie Gyllenhaal stars as Rachel Dawes in Warner Bros. Pictures’ and Legendary Pictures’ action drama "The Dark Knight.|
The next Batman movie, The Dark Knight, is opening in theaters on July 18th, and the anticipation is building!
Tickets are already on sale at many theaters, the tumbler Batmobile and Bat-pod are making the national tour rounds, and the mystique surrounding Heath Ledger's final performance (which is reported to be excellent) have all combined to make this one of the must-see movies of the summer!
To help you wait until opening day, I have added lots of new photos to the Photo Galleries page for The Dark Knight. That makes a grand total of 52 images that you can check out, as well as the three trailers on the Trailers and Videos page.
If you're planning on seeing The Dark Knight, I suggest not waiting long to buy your tickets. Many theaters are selling out the shows on Thursday the 17th, to the point of adding more shows into the wee hours of the morning. Visit the Showtimes page and look for the clickable showtimes links for your favorite theaters!
