Citizens of Galt, California may be seeing movies near Galt Community Park in the next two years. The Lodi News-Sentinel is reporting the following:
JFC Development, a San Jose firm, is proposing an 11-screen theater complex at the northwest corner of Walnut Avenue and Carillion Boulevard. The project would be similar to the layout of the Stadium 12 complex in downtown Lodi. The company hopes to open the theater complex by 2008. However, the cinema will be built only if negotiations with the city of Galt to reduce the company's development fees are successful.
