The romantic drama Nights in Rodanthe with Richard Gere and Diane Lane opens on Friday, and we have 34 new photos for you to see from the movie!

Based on a story by Nicholas Sparks (who also penned the stories behind The Notebook and Message in a Bottle), the movie is about two people with complications in their lives that end up weathering a storm at a seaside inn in Rodanthe, North Carolina. As the storm closes in, they turn to each other for comfort, and set in motion a life-changing romance that will resonate through the rest of their lives.
