MSN Health and Fitness is featuring a pair of articles from Men's Health Magazine that features the authors of the book Eat This Not That!, highlighting the best and the worst choices in fast food restaurants.
Topping the list of best choices? Chick-fil-A and Subway.
Who's scraping the bottom? It's a three-way tie between On the Border, Romano's Macaroni Grill, and Baja Fresh.
Getting dishonorable mentions were IHOP, Applebee's, Outback Steakhouse, and TGI Friday's for not supplying any nutritional information at all. Those last three are of particular interest because they tend to be located near many movie theaters and their sit-down and barside atmosphere's lend themselves to being popular choices with moviegoers.
So, to make sure that you still fit into that seat the next time you go to the movies, take a minute to check out the nutritional information when you go out to eat. Who would have thought that a shake could have 1,900 calories??
